An exciting opportunity to join an expanding breakdown recovery business as an Office/Accounts Admin assistant Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM
We are looking for a candidate with an eagerness to keep things organised and ideally previous experience in an accountancy/admin position. A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach is essential.
The role starts off as self-employed / employed
This is a position that offers variety and will include many different tasks.
For example:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Dealing with visitors
- Data inputting
- Purchasing
- Assist preparation of invoicing and credit control
- Liaising with customers and suppliers
- Invoicing queries
Working knowledge of MS applications Word, Excel and Outlook are essential and a good grasp of business maths.
