Administrative AssistantGRG are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join my client's team and contribute to the smooth functioning of their operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support - Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate personnel. Respond to emails and correspondence in a timely manner. Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings as needed.
- Record Keeping and Data Entry - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee databases, client information, and other essential documents. Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communication and Coordination - Act as a liaison between various departments, fostering effective communication and collaboration. Distribute internal communications and announcements as needed.
- Assistance to Management - Provide support to executives and managers as needed, including preparing reports, presentations, and documentation. Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned.
Experience:
- Proven experience as an administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Job Offer:
