This permanent, full-time position is based onsite, Monday to Friday 9am-5.00pm.
We would like to hear from candidates for the Business Support Assistant role who:
- Have residential conveyancing knowledge.
- Comfortable managing and prioritizing workload
- Confident communicator both written and verbally
- Providing full support to our Conveyancing department.
- Guiding clients through the first steps of their move.
- Preparing correspondence, filing and dispatching.
- Liaising with clients via phone, email and In person.
- Preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch.
- Adhoc admin duties as and when required.
- Salary £22,000 – £24,000 DOE.
