We are looking for a professional, calm, and confident person to become our Administrative Assistant/receptionist and join our busy office team from 2nd September 2024.
The successful candidate will often be the first point of contact for our pupils, parents, and other visitors so a warm, friendly, and approachable persona is essential. Responsibilities will include general clerical duties, including using our online systems and IT programmes, and assisting the office team to run efficiently and effectively. Please note: there will be some first aid requirements with this role, training will be provided as necessary.
Mill Rythe Junior School is a happy and successful junior school on the picturesque Hayling Island. It is easily accessible and roughly 7 minutes from Havant and a short drive from Portsmouth, Fareham and Chichester.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate they have:
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills

- Experience in an administrative background
- The ability to work as part of a team.
