DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Management of Operational Business Managers diaries and assist with Senior Management diaries. To provide assistance with the arranging of meetings. Provide minute taking and cover at meetings including preparation and circulation of relevant documentation. To work jointly with the Senior Administration Officers to maintain clerical and administrative processes within the department. To assist in the delivery of administrative support within the Divisional Administration Office. To assist with the organisation and management of information systems. To assist with distribution and maintenance of mandatory/statutory training reports To assist with the booking of meeting rooms. To ensure robust clerical systems are maintained. To demonstrate effective office skills. To provide clerical support to Senior Managers and Matrons as appropriate under the direction of the Senior Administration Officers. To undertake mandatory training as in line with organisational policy and attend updates as appropriate to the post.
