Job Summary:
We are seeking a well-organized Office Administrator to join our team who will be responsible for general administrative tasks, ensuring efficient running of our order processing procedure using our bespoke software. Provide administration support to the team. The ideal candidate will have a good telephone manner; a proactive attitude and who will enjoy working in busy environment as part of a small team.
Duties:
*Manage incoming calls and other communications and direct them to the appropriate staff.
*Perform general admin tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
*Provide administrative support to the team as required.
*Maintain accurate administration systems.
*Data entry
*Customer service
*Prepare documents.
*Order inputting / raising all relevant documentation
*Assist with tasks using Sage Accounts
Experience Required:
Proven experience in an office / administrative role
Customer Service
Use of Microsoft applications.
Experience in data entry.
Good organisational skills
Experience using Sage accounts preferred but not essential.
Hours:
08.30 – 16.30 Monday – Thursday
08.30 – 14.30 Friday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
