Administrative Assistant

Role

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously? Our prestigious client is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team.

Duties and responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the management team.
• Maintain and organize files records and documents.
• Assist with data entry, report generation, and other office tasks as needed.
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle any inquiries or issues.
• Monitor and order office supplies to ensure a well-stocked and efficient work environment.
• Undertake general office duties, including scanning and photocopying.

Skills and experience

• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Professional and friendly demeanour
