Responsibilities:
- Responding to user enquiries
- Completing data analysis on trends and patterns of school usage as requested
- Operational, office and administrative support
- External communications with Steplab users
- School site maintenance, creating new school sites and processing renewals
- Assist with CRM maintenance
- Working alongside the team to facilitate events organisation and communication

Qualifications:
- GCSE English B/6 grade or higher or equivalent required; degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus.
Experience of working in education, finance or marketing is desirable.
This is a full-time position working remotely and in our London office. We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages including 28 days holiday per year.
