Position: Administration Assistant
Salary: £23,000+ (Dependent on Experience)
Hours: Full Time or Part-Time, considered
Holidays: 28 days (Includes bank holiday)/Discretionary December holiday Shutdown
Other: Hybrid Working, mostly working from Home
Commutable into offices in Marylebone, London and UK to support event.
Fixed Term Contract 1 Year with 6 Month Probation period, prospect of extending into a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities
Assisting CEO
- Calendar and Diary Management
- Following up with clients
- Updating timelines and events
- Updating CRM tool Meeting notes and follow up, responding to queries
- Updating Linkedin, reaching out to contacts
Supporting Content Production
- Uploading content on Website (on wordpress)
- Creating content, Writing Stories and Case Studies
- Social Media posts; Linked In
Supporting Events
- Design invitation and sending out on CRM (Canva or other)
- Setting up Zoom/Teams meetings and webinars (training given)
- Working on in person IIE Events and virtual workshops
- Admin and support on Programmes/Training Workshops
- Creating PowerPoint presentations
- Tracking Invitations and responses to dietary requirements via CRM
- Printing Name badges, liaising with venue
- Organising event logistics for conferences, mixers, roundtables and other meetings
- Supporting other departments on Awards event
- Organising adhoc events, team meetings, staff team days
Supporting Team
- Supporting Client Team Other activities to fulfil business needs
Skills and Experience
- Awareness of Diversity and Inclusion, Race Agenda
- Proactive, passionate, keen to learn, team player
- Able to write content
- PowerPoint and social media experience
- "Can do" attitude
- Appetite to learn and grow with the business
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
