We are recruiting an Administrative Assistant at Caerphilly County Borough Council.

We have an exciting opportunity for someone to become part of our day services team, in an administrative role. You will be part of a wider staff team and will have a key role in ensuring that the administrative systems are maintained to a high standard.
This role is pivotal to the provision of a quality service. The role is to undertake administrative and financial duties in accordance with Caerphilly County Borough Council’s policies and procedures, providing clerical support and assisting in the provision of a quality service for Individuals accessing our services.
For the role, we ask that you have:
- 5 GCSEs Grade A*-C or equivalent Level 2 qualification on the Credit and Qualifications Framework for Wales
- Administrative/financial experience.
- Knowledge of administrative systems and procedures and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
