Administration Assistant / Business Support Coordinator - Part Time

I am seeking an enthusiastic candidate to provide various admin duties and clerical support across the entire business. From greeting visitors and screening calls, to event management, minute taking and procurement, this certainly is not a repetitive role.
Package:
up to 28k (pro rata)
3 days per week (Wed, Thur & Fri)
Hours: (Apply online only) (Weds/Thurs) 0830 - 16.30 (Fri)
The Role:
- Provide overall administrative support & co-ordination for business-as-usual activities including reception duties.
- To ensure clerical background tasks for the business are dealt with.
- Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
- Postage of documentation / parcels at local post office; distribution of incoming post
- Welcoming visitors
- Organising appropriate catering for approved meetings.
- Arranging travel and accommodation for staff on pre-approved business trips.
- Schedule internal and external appointments and meetings as required.
- Raising purchase orders and processing Goods Received Notes.
You:
Will have experience as admin assistant, office administrator, coordinator, support officer or similar and will show great organisational skills.
