Job Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments - Manage office tasks such as answering phones, handling mail, and coordinating meetings - Assist in data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining accurate documentation - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless daily operations - Support in organising and scheduling appointments, travel arrangements, and events - Perform general office duties to contribute to a positive and efficient work environment
Qualifications:- Proven experience in administrative roles - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Strong organisational and multitasking abilities - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team - Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality.
