Administrative Coordinator

Ryder Reid Legal is looking to recruit a keen Administrative Coordinator to join one of our international law firm clients on a permanent basis. This role will support the Administration Manager.
The Administrative Coordinator will support various departments and duties will include:
- Coordinating office events
- Sending daily communications firmwide
- Paying invoices
- Updating and managing holiday and absences
- Assisting with onboarding new joiners
The candidate must have strong administrative skills (at least 3 year's preferably within a law firm), must be a strong communicator and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
This role will be based in the office 5 days a week.
