Your new company
You will be working for one of the 11 organisations that make up the NHS. The organisation works to protect and improve health and well-being and reduce health inequalities for the people of Wales.
Your new role

  • Inbox management
  • Use of allocation systems for queries
  • General enquiries - booking parking, meetings.
  • Meeting set-ups - agendas, action logs, updating trackers, minute taking.
  • Minutes - to cover both executive meetings (one per month), Senior Meetings (every other week) and team meetings (as and when required)
  • Use of Oracle - receipting requisitions

What you'll need to succeed

  • Adaptable and reactive
  • Self-sufficient
  • Abel to work within a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks/workload.
  • Minute taking experience.
  • Diary and inbox management

What you'll get in return
You'll join a great team on a temporary basis from June to September. The role pays £13.26 per hour and offers hybrid working. You will be required to attend the Cardiff office once a week, likely on a Tuesday or Wednesday. There is a possibility that the role may be advertised as permanent and applications would be welcome.
