This role is with Adopt South, the partnership Regional Adoption Agency for Hampshire, Isle of Wight, Portsmouth, and Southampton local authorities, with the lead authority Hampshire County Council as the employer.
Do you have excellent organisational skills and enjoy working in a team? Our Business Support Team provide a wide range of administrative services within Adopt South, who offer a friendly, compassionate and supportive approach to staff as well as families and individuals including adoptive parents, adoptees and birth families.
Your responsibilities within the Adoption Support Team will be varied and will include processing confidential and sensitive information within agreed timescales, as well as providing support to staff within the team. You will also be responsible for ensuring that processing of applications to the Adoption Support Fund is being fulfilled within timescales.
If you are a highly organised and an experienced administrative professional with excellent IT and communication skills, we can offer you a genuinely varied and responsible position, playing an important and supporting role within our regional adoption agency.
As a motivated individual and a confident team player, you must be able to work under pressure, using your initiative and capabilities to complete tasks on time.
