The Kingdom Group consists of Kingdom Housing Association, Kingdom Support & Care and Kingdom Initiatives who, together, provide housing and support throughout East Central Scotland.
Our Kingdom Works Team aims to raise the employability skills of unemployed Fife residents. We offer our clients tailored support to find suitable routes into employment and training, careers information, advice and guidance. We also work with a range of employers to develop customised packages to suit their business needs in order to recruit and train individuals.
About You and the Role
We are looking for a customer focused and motivated individual to join our Kingdom Works Team.
As one of our Administrative Officers, you will provide a range of administrative support, including maintaining client databases, processing funding claims and be the first point of contact for our customers.
You will have proven administrative experience and be experienced in using customised databases and Google packages. You must have excellent customer service skills, be a confident communicator and a positive and supportive team contributor. It is essential that you have the ability to plan and organise your workload whilst working to tight deadlines.
This is a fixed term post until June 2025 but may be extended depending on available funding.
