Job description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position.

Duties:

  • Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents
  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
  • Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
  • Maintain office cleanliness and orderliness
  • Administration of customer contracts
  • Administration and update records capture and update to CASH system
  • Knowledge of SAGE accounting & CASH for Windows (Security Alarm Industry program)
  • Providing general support and assistance to engineering colleagues
  • Work scheduling of routine and non-routine maintenance activities
  • Diary management

Skills:

  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Google Suite
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to perform clerical tasks efficiently
  • Data entry accuracy
  • Knowledge of office procedures and equipment
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute
  • Work well under pressured and have the ability to use own initiative
  • Well organised Good IT skills and knowledge of Outlook and MS Office and CASH for windows (Security Alarm Industry program)
