We have a fantastic opportunity for an Administrative Receptionist at Manchester City Council. This is a full-time temporary role for the next 2 - 3 months, with the possibility of extension.
What is the role?
Manchester City Council are looking for a Full Time Administrative Receptionist to join our Housing services team. To assist them in all their Administrative / Receptionist needs within the service.
What are your responsibilities?
- Collating rough sleeping data
- Data input on various spreadsheets and MCC systems
- Data Analysis
- Responding to telephone enquiries
- Responding to email enquiries
- Provide general advice regarding Rough Sleeping Support Service
- Creating and updating spreadsheets
What skills do you Need?
- Must have previous Administration / Business Support Officer / Receptionist experience.
- Excellent People skills, as you will be speaking to the public, other members of staff and senior managers.
- Strong IT skills, as you will be using word and excel including using internal IT systems.
- Excellent Telephone manner
- Valid Enhanced DBS on the update service
