Our client is a market leading print media business based in the City of London with an ever-expanding footprint and a fantastic culture. Due to the continues growth, they require an energetic Administrator to join the team asap. The business offer a very flexible working model (2 days office based a month).
The role:
- Finance - Supporting CEO in preparing end of year bank statements for accounting purposes (and quarterly VAT returns), receipt filing and processing expense claims from staff.
- Staffing and HR - ensuring all new starters within the business are provided with suitable equipment, health and safety training, HMRC documentation.
- Office support - Booking meeting rooms and company strategy days, organizing refreshments for the day, researching new office space as required.
- Sales - Creating and maintain client account records in our database (CRM), liaising with clients to obtain required documentation for invoice processing, filling in supplier forms.
- Data - ad hoc projects to support the sales process including researching data within defined requirements.
- Operations - Sharepoint file archiving, creating best practices for file set up, data entry into our project management tool.
Ideal Candidate:
- Has 3-4 years working in a fast-paced business environment in an administrative role.
- Can show evidence of exceptional attention to detail.
- Can demonstrate excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
- Proficient in learning how to use new platforms such as project management tools and CRM/Accounting platforms.
