Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The Administrator will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, excellent organizational abilities, and exceptional phone etiquette.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and document management
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information or assistance
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software
- Utilize Google Suite to manage calendars, emails, and documents
- Provide clerical support to various departments as needed
Experience:
- Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with data entry and record keeping
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Familiarity with QuickBooks software is a plus
