To undertake various administrative/clerical duties associated with the reception function of the Physiotherapy & Occupational Therapy Services Department. This is to include all administrative procedures and documentation associated with the patients attendance to the Physiotherapy & Occupational Therapy Services Department as outlined in the Patient Access Policy. To undertake duties relating to any aspect of service provided by the Physiotherapy & Occupational Therapy Services Out-Patient reception, within the grade of the post. To be responsible for informing the Band 3 Senior Administrator on administrative and clerical matters. To inform the Directorate Support Manager in the absence of the Senior Administrator. To work closely with the Physiotherapy & Occupational Therapy Services Administrative & Clerical staff to ensure the development of an efficient team to effectively support the Department.
