Administrator
13.00 per hour depending on experience, 28 days leave, parking on site, Full Time, Monday - Friday.
Due to an internal vacancy our client is needing someone on a temporary basis to fill a gap whilst they recruit.
The role will involve;
- General office admin, supporting various departments
- Dealing with queries by phone and email and distributing accordingly
- Professionally liaising with clients
- Diary management for a director, organising meetings
- Producing a monthly and weekly newsletters
The successful administrator will have the following skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Computer literate with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work on own initiative
- Be able to work confidentially
Package
- Circa 13.00ph dependant on experience
- 28 days leave
- Free on site parking
- Monday - Friday
