Position: Temporary Administrative Assistant
Duration: Start ASAP- Ongoing
Location: Woodbridge
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to various departments within the organisation.
- Produce Payroll reports
- Process new starter/leaver details on the company system
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
- Assist with data entry, file management, and document preparation.
- Perform general office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned.
This position is to start ASAP, and will be on an ongoing temporary basis.
15- 17ph dependant on experience.
Monday- Friday hours, 9am-5pm.
Due to the location of this client you MUST be able to drive to site.
