Full time Permanent Administrator based in Plymouth up to £25k

Working for an amazing educational company located in central Plymouth.This role is full time Monday - Friday standard office hours.Salary is £24,000 - £25,000k depending on experience.
Your new role
To assist with the administration of academic programmes with a consistent and robust approach whilst adhering to college and the validating partner's Academic Regulations and processes. To provide excellent customer service and handling enquiries relating to academic programmes.To assist in managing and maintaining the College's student records system as required.Develop a good understanding of the college and the validating partner's academic regulations, policies and procedures.To provide support to pre-registration, enrolment and induction activities, student engagement monitoring, assessment, student progression and retention activities for all programmes.To support programme assessment, including liaison with academics and key stakeholders, i.e. external examiners and collaborative partners, if applicable.What you'll need to succeedPrevious strong administration experience.
