This is a great opportunity to join our Upwell team as part of our busy Academy office. You will be reporting to and working with our newly appointed Operations Manager.
We’re looking for someone who can maintain a positive and calm outlook, a friendly approach and can communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. You will need to be able to carry out instructions, be able to pay close attention to detail and provide exceptional support to our pupils and families.
Role and Purpose
- To provide receptionist and clerical support to the Academy,
- To support the Operations Manager by undertaking set tasks in order to fulfil the general office requirements of the Academy.
Skills and Experience
- Level 2 (GCSE A*-C) or equivalent in English and Maths is essential
- Experience in a busy general office environment is an advantage
- Duties and responsibilities will include:
- dealing with parental enquiries
- general reception duties
- basic clerical tasks e.g. daily attendance registers
- answering calls and emails
