A well-respected and long standing Independent Financial Planning firm are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their small team.
This firm provides in-depth advice across all areas of personal finance including Pensions, Investments, Protection and Inheritance Tax and prides itself on the breadth of its collective knowledge and high levels of customer service The firm have been operating for over 25 years and are looking for a like minded individual to join them in a period of growth.
This role would suit an experienced administrator who enjoys working as a team in a fast-paced environment and who is proficient in obtaining valuations, processing new business and Annual Reviews, liaising with product providers, and interfacing with clients.
The Role:
- Supporting financial adviser with ongoing administration duties
- Liaising with clients and dealing with requests
- Submitting new business applications and tracking the progress of these
- Liaising with clients and dealing with ad-hoc requests and queries
- Processing policy amendments such as fund switches, withdrawals, top-ups etc
- Taking pride in delivering excellent customer service at all times
- Prepare valuations and organise client review packs in line with the company review process
- Salary of up to £30,000 depending on experience
- Full time, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with a 1 hour lunch break
Required skills and Qualifications: - Experience of working within an IFA firm in an administrative role supporting financial advisers CF1, R01, or equivalent desirable but not essential
