Job Title: Administrator
Location: Wetherby
Hours: Full Time, office based
Salary: Up to £23,500

We are looking for a junior Administrator to join our client based in Wetherby. In this role, you’ll be dealing with customer queries, resolving any issues and ensuring the system is kept up to date. Full training is provided so this could be a great step for someone looking to start their career.

Responsibilities:
• Process new accounts applications
• Pulling system reports
• Inputting accounts onto the system
• Process customer queries and passing relevant details onto the team
• Sending invoices to customers
• Processing invoices and account statements
• Responsible for filing customer information

Skills:
• Data entry and/or admin experience, preferred
• Keen eye for details and good numeracy skills
• Great communication skills
• IT skills including Microsoft packages
