NJR Recruitment are thrilled to be working with one of the UK’s leading financial planning firms who are now looking to recruit an experienced SIPP Pension Administrator for a 6 Month fixed term contract.

In this role you will participate in maintaining the clients SIPP records, liaising directly with clients on pension administration matters supporting the financial advisers.
Duties will include:
- Contacting clients, handling withdrawal /benefit requests, providing application/benefit forms to clients.
- Supporting the advisers in client meetings, taking notes, developing a relationship with clients directly for future contact if required.
- Maintaining client records for all SIPPs, including wrapper information, charges, client contributions/withdrawals, cash accounts
- Working with outgoing Pensions Manager to develop future process.
What do we need from you?
- Strong financial services administration experience from within a pensions or wealth management sector.
- Confident using client management or financial planning tools
- Understanding of the CASS regulatory framework
- Strong compliance and regulatory knowledge
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
