This is a full time position with the option of hybrid working after satisfactory completion of probation period
Responsibilities
- Thorough investigation and analysis of all complaints providing the customer with a fair and thorough response
- Resolution of complaints complying with regulatory deadlines and rules
- Liaison with the Financial Ombudsman Services in relation to escalated complaints
- Handling of complex inbound/outbound telephone calls
Requirements
- Previous Complaint Handling from within a FCA regulated environment
- High level of understanding of DISP, MCOB regulations
- Able to thrive under pressure with demanding workloads
- Experience of case management
- A passion for customer service and interacting with customers through different channels
