Job Title: Administrator

Location: East Sussex

Job Type: Part-time, 16 per week, In-Person, Flexitime, Monday to Friday

Salary: From 11.00 per hour

Company Overview

Simon Acres Group is seeking an Administrator for a business located in East Sussex. A distinguished bespoke furniture company committed to delivering customised furniture for their esteemed clientele. Please note that this is currently a part-time position with flexible hours, which will be discussed further during the interview process.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Communication: Answering phone calls and addressing customer inquiries professionally and courteously.
  • Email Management: Organising incoming and outgoing emails to ensure prompt and effective communication.
  • Stock Management: Efficiently handling stock management, including inventory tracking, and reordering as necessary.
  • Supplier Coordination: Placing orders with suppliers and overseeing accurate and timely deliveries.
  • Record Keeping: Managing invoices and maintaining up-to-date records for financial transparency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional phone manner.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills, including email, spreadsheets, and word processing.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Previous experience in administration or a similar role is essential.
