Key Responsibilities:
As an Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office. Your responsibilities will include:
- Customer Communication: Answering phone calls and addressing customer inquiries professionally and courteously.
- Email Management: Organising incoming and outgoing emails to ensure prompt and effective communication.
- Stock Management: Efficiently handling stock management, including inventory tracking, and reordering as necessary.
- Supplier Coordination: Placing orders with suppliers and overseeing accurate and timely deliveries.
- Record Keeping: Managing invoices and maintaining up-to-date records for financial transparency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in basic computer skills, including email, spreadsheets, and word processing.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in administration or a similar role is essential.
