Administrator

We are looking for a customer focused individual to join us as an Administrator helping to deliver strong administration support to our team in Inverness.

Pasquill are one of more than 30 exciting Saint-Gobain brands in the UK. Pasquill specializes in supplying timber engineered products, being the UK's largest trussed rafter supplier. Our engineered roof solutions provide benefits including speed of installation & construction accuracy.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday 08:00- 16:00, but we are open to flexibility with hours

What you will be doing:

Our sites are busy places, with lots going on inside and out, and whilst the exact duties may vary here is a taster of the role.

• Develop and maintain office systems and paperwork
• Print production schedules
• Maintain purchase order records
• Maintain and replenish sufficient levels of stock to meet customer and branch demand
• Deal with customer queries and ensure they are resolved quickly
• Support the scheduling of transport to ensure deliveries are met on time
• Assist with the company stock takes when required
• Carry out general office duties, such as cash handling, petty cash, banking, expenses, mail shots
• Record and update staff rotas and holiday schedule

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience working in Administration with strong IT skills
• Good communication skills through phone, email and in person
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong Time Management skills
