Job Title: Administrator
Contract: 10-month FTC
Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours
Location: Shirley
Salary: £24,000 per annum
Our client is looking for an experienced Administrator to join them on a 10-month contract. You will be supporting the department with general administration ensuring that high standards are met. The ideal candidate will be organised, accurate and will have previous administration experience in a fast-paced role.
Duties include:
- Full administration support to the department.
- Ensuring regular communication with customers and suppliers.
- Deal with enquires in a professional and timely manner.
- Accurate reporting.
- Attend meetings, assist with projects and presentations.
- Maintain company CRM system and ensure all details are updated.
- Attend events and support with planning.
Skills and experience required:
- Previous experience in an Administration role.
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated and proactive.
- Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of Excel and MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of Photoshop would be advantageous.
