Think Office Recruitment is recruiting for an established and expanding construction company based in Nottingham. Please note that the hours are 7.30am - 4pm Monday to Friday
This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward thinking construction company who are looking for a skilled administrator to support the team. Experience within the construction sector and using Xero would be an advantage but is not essential. They are looking for a highly organised candidate who embraces change, is eager to progress and offer the support required to push the business forward. My client is passionate about their culture and are seeking a candidate that can uphold their values.
Responsibilities
- First point of contact to contractors and clients
- Customer support and care
- Adding and maintaining sub contractors compliance documents using XERO
- Sending out new starter documentation
- Processing invoices ( Using Xero)
- Generating financial reports
- Adhoc Administration and office management
What experience is required to be the successful Construction Administrator?
- Experience within the construction sector
- Knowledge of Xero
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good telephone manner
- Strong computer skills
- Proficient with the use of Excel and Outlook
- Admin experience (minimum 2 years)
