BIRMINGHAM CITY CENTRE
£11.50 - £12.00 PER HOUR
IMMEDIATE START
MONTH TO MONTH ROLLING CONTRACT
My client is seeking an experienced administrator to join a busy estate agents based in Birmingham.
They require you to:-
* Liaise with tenants and landlords.
* Obtain all information and update spreadsheets and inhouse system.
* Undertake all administrative tasks relating to the business.
They require you to have:-
* A strong background in administration.
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
* Previous experience of working in an estate agents would be advantageous but not essential.
This is a temporary ongoing contract and will be review monthly, they require someone to start immediately and who is able to commit to the 9am - 5.30pm daily hours.
