Fantastic opportunity available for an Administrator to join our client who is s a world leader in concessions, energy, and construction based in Tipton.
You will be providing support to customers, colleagues, subcontractors & operatives, the client, and the residents of the houses managed by the company s clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering the phones and logging all calls and monitoring to completion,
- Take minutes at meetings in person or on Teams, transcribe and distribute as necessary,
- Provide onsite and remote support to projects,
- Receiving post and distributing, producing letters / leaflets / newsletters,
- Ordering stationery,
- Booking appointments & surveys,
- Microsoft Office usage mainly Word, Excel & Outlook.
- Any other ad hoc tasks
