Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as proficiency in various software applications.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, and mailing
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Provide information by answering questions and requests
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate maintenance of office equipment
- Care Experience desired.
- Assist with organizing company events or meetings
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and modify documents using Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks
Skills:
- Proven experience as an administrator or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
