I am excited to be working with a brand new client, based just outside of Redhill, who are looking for a part-time Operations Administrator to join their team.
In order to help meet the growing needs of their clients and streamline the operational processes and procedures, we're looking for a confident and organised individual, as they continue to expand and take on more new business.
Joining a fast paced and dynamic environment, you will be a core support function across the business.
The ideal individual:
- Have gained previous administrative experience, within a busy office environment
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, publisher and Excel
- Organised, with a keen eye for detail
- Respond positively to changes
- Able to prioritise work effectively to achieve deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
The Role:
- Providing accurate administrative support to the team and wider business
- Following agreed processes and procedures
- Liaising effectively with customers, colleagues and third parties over the phone, email and face to face
- Lending support to the sales team when needed
- Assist management with organisation and development of new processes in order to streamline operational performance
