Job description

An experienced Administrator is required to join our client on a temporary basis for approximately 3 months with the possibility of an extension. The successful candidate will provide support to the department, be a competent user of Microsoft Teams and Outlook coupled with excellent attention to detail.

This is a part time opportunity working 21 hours per week

Administrator duties include:

  • Managing incoming and outgoing post
  • Managing and processing referrals
  • Taking minutes for various sensitive meetings including safeguarding and best interest meetings
  • Monitoring the phones and voice mail for the department
  • Monitoring the Admin inboxes
  • Help maintain records and data quality
  • Assist with Data performance reports
  • Supporting the team with any relevant Admin Tasks

  • Good Organisational Skills
  • Previous experience taking minutes is advantageous
