We have a fantastic opportunity for an immediately available Administrators within a well-respected Financial Services Business. They are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join the team over there. This position is the perfect opportunity for someone local to join this amazing business and are in need of bright, switched-on people to help them.
This position invoices supporting the wider team with a variety of tasks, including but not limited to monitoring the shared email inbox, helping resolve incoming issues by liaising with different stakeholders and suppliers! This is a temp to perm position but is looking for someone to start as soon as possible to help get everything organised before month-end, so please apply if you are immediately available or on a short notice period.
Skills Required- Have worked in an Administration position ideally in a financial services business
- Be confident on Excel as this position will require you to manage the company's finance spreadsheets
- Be a confident and engaging person because you will be liaising with stakeholders across the company
- Be immediately available or on short notice period, because they are looking for someone to come in and hit the ground running in this role
