We are seeking a dedicated Administrator in the Public Sector industry, with a focus on customer service. This role will require the candidate to efficiently manage and improve processes within the department.

Description

• Assist in the development and implementation of efficient processes within the customer service department.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to gather requested data and supporting documentation.
• Conduct thorough responses to queries, ensuring you have included any necessary redactions/explanations.
• Collaborating with internal and external legal advisors to address complex legal and other inquiries
• Maintain thorough documentation of all processes and improvements made.
• Provide consistent and quality customer service.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation.
• Ad-hoc administrative tasks

Profile

A successful Process Assistant should have:

• A strong understanding of customer service principles.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in using technology to streamline processes.
• A proactive approach towards identifying and implementing process improvements.
• An ability to work well as part of a team.

Job Offer

• Hourly rate £12ph
• Contract until December 2024
• Working hours 9am-5pm, Monday - Friday
• Glasgow city centre
