Description
- Assist in the development and implementation of efficient processes within the customer service department.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to gather requested data and supporting documentation.
- Conduct thorough responses to queries, ensuring you have included any necessary redactions/explanations.
- Collaborating with internal and external legal advisors to address complex legal and other inquiries
- Maintain thorough documentation of all processes and improvements made.
- Provide consistent and quality customer service.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation.
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks
Profile
A successful Process Assistant should have:
- A strong understanding of customer service principles.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using technology to streamline processes.
- A proactive approach towards identifying and implementing process improvements.
- An ability to work well as part of a team.
Job Offer
- Hourly rate £12ph
- Contract until December 2024
- Working hours 9am-5pm, Monday - Friday
- Glasgow city centre
