Hays Recruitment are delighted to be working exclusively with a client looking to recruit an administrator to join their office-based team on a permanent basis. They are looking for someone with good organisational skills and an ability to manage their own workload to support in record management. The ideal candidate will have experience in both administration and customer service, however full training will be provided.
Your new role
As an administrator, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks such as:
- Resolving customer queries via telephone and email
- Data entry
- Handling high volumes of documents
- Assisting in the training of new employees
- Customer service
- General office administration
What you'll need to succeed
- Flexibility in working pattern
- Customer service experience
- Knowledge of office IT packages
- Good organisational skills
What you'll get in return
- 37.5 hours per week (09:00 - 17:00)

- 21,500 per annum
