The RoleNigel Wright are supporting a business in Gateshead with their search for an
Office Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and engaging with different areas of the business and interacting with a range of key stakeholders.
Duties:- Accurately updating records using Microsoft Office and other internal systems
- Producing documents including emails, letters, files, reports and proposals
- Contribute to team tasks and meetings
- Support internal and external customers and stakeholders by communicating effectively
- Help to achieve deadlines in your host department, taking into consideration fluctuating demands and priorities
- Respond to customer, supplier & stakeholder enquiries in a positive and professional manner
The PersonKnowledge, skills and experience- Confident in using technology such as MS Office packages
- Excellent attention to detail
- Organised and proactive in order to meet deadlines
- Able to work well independently and as part of a team
- A good communicator both written and orally
