Job description

The RoleNigel Wright are supporting a business in Gateshead with their search for an Office Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and engaging with different areas of the business and interacting with a range of key stakeholders. Duties:
  • Accurately updating records using Microsoft Office and other internal systems
  • Producing documents including emails, letters, files, reports and proposals
  • Contribute to team tasks and meetings
  • Support internal and external customers and stakeholders by communicating effectively
  • Help to achieve deadlines in your host department, taking into consideration fluctuating demands and priorities
  • Respond to customer, supplier & stakeholder enquiries in a positive and professional manner
