Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our staff. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Duties:
- Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, assisting with parts quoting, identification and purchasing.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Provide administrative support to staff members as needed
- Ensure office cleanliness and organisation
Requirements:
- Proficient in computer skills, including, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately
- Knowledge of office procedures and clerical tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
Driving licence desirable but not essential.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
