AddressOur client, is a successful agricultural group which undertakes, Grain trading, Logistics and Large bulk storage network as well as a shipping and haulage subsidiary is currently looking for a Haulage Administrator to join them on a full time, permanent basis.

About the Haulage Administrator role
As Haulage Administrator, you will manage bulk haulage from inbound and outbound movements, recording this all in the stock management software.
Other responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the system is accurately maintained to manage all planned delivery requests as they become due.
- Ensure the stock system accurately reflects haulage movements.
- Liaising with carriers to ensure all haulage is controlled for best rates and service delivery is of a high standard.
- Ensuring all documentation is maintained in an accurate manner.
- Organising accurate self-billing invoicing as required.
- Communicating effectively with all users in the logistics chain (including all end users).
About the Haulage Administrator
You will be a reliable, enthusiastic, well organised individual with bulk haulage and logistics experience.
Other requirements will include:
- Computer literate
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently where required
