Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and maintaining sales data and records
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
- Data Entry and Order Entry
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales administration or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks
Contract Details:
This is a temp to perm position, offering an initial temporary contract with the opportunity for permanent employment based on performance and business needs.
Weekly hours are 8:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
Pay Rate:
The starting pay rate for this role is 11.06 per hour.
