Job description

I am looking for an experienced Administrator for my client in a Hotel / Convention environment...

The Person...
They are looking for someone experienced with all aspects of administration - Front Office & Reception, also within that role covers the Help desk, so you will need to have a confident manner on the phone.

As the administrator / helpdesk operator you will be the first Face & Sound of Clientele visiting the premises, so someone with good customer service skills, and a welcoming attitude is a must have for this business.
 

Ideal Person...
•    Previous experience as an administrator
•    Help Desk / Reception experience
•    Smart and presentable with an outstanding telephone manner
•    Excellent customer services for visiting guests
•    Organised & pro active to planning your day
•    Ability to react to a customer’s requirements
•    Ultimate team player
