Our client based in Celtic Springs Newport, is looking for an experienced Administrator for an immediate start temporary assignment.Working within the Occupational Health Department you will provide administration support to the team and duties will include: -
- Maintaining health records
- Creating and maintaining spreadsheets
- Scanning paper records into the records management system
- Transfer of digital records to the Occupational Health records management system
- Maintaining and updating filing systems
- Liaising with internal and external customers
- Dealing with enquiries
- Signposting individuals to Occupational Health support services
The successful candidate must have: -
- Proven experience in administration of sensitive data
- Good working knowledge of MS office to include Word & Excel
- The ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
- Experience of SAP would be an advantage
This is an office-based role working 37 hours per week, 8:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday.Rate of pay is £12.53 per hour.
