Description
- Providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the team.
- Expediting suppliers and updating delivery dates.
- Running expediting reports in SAP and generating reports for specific clients.
- Help with issuing enquiries and expediting responses from vendors in support of the sales team from time to time.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and reports as required.
- Handle inbound and outbound communications professionally and promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Contribute to team efforts and projects as needed.
Profile
A successful Administrator should have:
- SAP experience would be beneficial however is not essential
- Experience using MS Office.
- Good organization skills and attention to attention to detail.
- Confident communication skills.
- Ariba experience would be beneficial but not essential.
Job Offer

- Working hours Monday - Thursday 08:30 - 17:00 & Friday 08:30 - 16:00
