Job description

This is an exciting opportunity for an efficient and diligent Administrator to provide essential support within a busy industrial and manufacturing environment in Grangemouth.

Client Details

Our client is a well-established, globally recognised company in the industrial and manufacturing industry. They employ several thousand individuals worldwide and have a significant presence in the UK.

Description

  • Providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the team.
  • Expediting suppliers and updating delivery dates.
  • Running expediting reports in SAP and generating reports for specific clients.
  • Help with issuing enquiries and expediting responses from vendors in support of the sales team from time to time.
  • Maintain and update records, databases, and reports as required.
  • Handle inbound and outbound communications professionally and promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to team efforts and projects as needed.

Profile

A successful Administrator should have:

  • SAP experience would be beneficial however is not essential
  • Experience using MS Office.
  • Good organization skills and attention to attention to detail.
  • Confident communication skills.
  • Ariba experience would be beneficial but not essential.

Job Offer

  • Fully office based
  • Working hours Monday - Thursday 08:30 - 17:00 & Friday 08:30 - 16:00
