Our Client are a manufacturing business who makes glass and ceramics they are based in Ewloe
Adecco is proudly supporting them a part time administrator to support 3 days a week.
This is a hybrid role with an immediate start, this is an ongoing temporary position with a potential to become permanent.
Hours: 8.45am - 4.45pm (21/24 hours)
2 days - Monday and Wednesday Office based
1 day - WFH (Ideally Tuesday)
Job Description:
Main tasks:
- Supporting the regional manager and director with admin tasks
- Arranging meetings, taking minutes
- Stocking the kitchen, ensuring offices are tidying and well organised including ordering stock, business cards etc
- Acting as the main point of contact for the office building
- Confident at using Outlook, Teams, Online sharepoint sites - some SAP experience is desired but not essential.
Profile:
- An excellent experienced administrator who can hit the ground running
- Outgoing, bubbly and happy to work alongside others and able to liaise with multiple teams in the office building
- Well organised, happy to get stuck in.
Our client is looking for someone to start immediately who can do a handover with the current employee.
