Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting the smooth operation of educational institutions? We are seeking a dedicated Administrator to play a key role in our team!
Exam Invigilator needed in NN11. Start time asap!
Hours are half 8-4pm
Pay - £85 to £100 per day depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing for the summer exams support Data manager,
- Ensuring seating plans completed,
- Processing exam papers and ensuring admin for these is in place.
- Support with any exam withdraws and results downloads.
- Admin of mock results, working to ensure all admin is set up for summer exams.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within an educational setting.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office suite and experience with administrative software systems.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and responsibilities.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion and integrity.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
